Our business philosophy and slogan is short and to the point but it has a big meaning, “We Get it Done”. Our President Vlad Paro, is an extremely positive person and his high energy and personality permeates through to each and every employee and job. “We Get it Done”, relates to having the knowledge to master your trade before you work for 360. “We Get it Done”, means completing your work right the first time. “We Get it Done”, says that we need to satisfy our customer’s and give them 100% performance on each and every project. Treating our customers and general contractors with respect and honesty, helps us achieve our goal.

Commitment to Quality

All of our supervisors have not only been in the trades working for over 25+ years but they all owned their own construction businesses and understand what it means to take a project from start to finish. They are 100% responsible for every aspect of the job from managing and scheduling the crews, requesting materials, and build as per the plans, scope of work and timeline required.
