The “360” Welcome Home Program – We are here to assist you in evaluating your needs. Whether you need a renovation (Lift) or new home construction, we can assist you with the entire process. We help you with the design, architectural drawings, permits, and construction of your project from start to finish. We can also assist in adding additional space to your original home plans.

There are several programs in the NY and NJ area.

Storm Sandy Recovery Program New Jersey – RREM

RREM – Program is run through the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) in New Jersey. This agency is responsible to approve all contractors to work in the program. The program funded $710,000,000 in the 1st tranche and $390,000,000 in the 2nd tranche for Super Storm Sandy recovery in New Jersey. There were a total of 7,681 grant agreements signed and only 1,959 homes rebuilt to date. This leave an enormous potential for a well run Construction Management Company to provide the expertise needed to complete many projects over the next few years. Whether we work as a Subcontractor or as a New Home Builder, we will be able to assist homeowners rebuild their homes. We are currently working with several general contractors that are working with customers that have received their funds and are ready to build.

Build It Back Program

LiRo is the Construction Manager for the Mayor’s Housing Recovery Office (HRO) Build It Back Sandy housing recovery program in Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens and Long Island managed by the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC). The program provides CDBG-DR funding to Sandy-impacted homeowners for permanent repairs and resilient measures including home elevations or full reconstruction with elevation.

The recently opened Build It Back Canarsie, Brooklyn, office houses an integrated team consisting of HRO, DDC, LiRo staff and our subconsultants. Working closely together, this team reached our first home construction start in 125 days starting from CM contract signing. To date, LiRo has been assigned over 400 Sandy-damaged homes requiring rehabilitation, elevation and reconstruction work.

“360” is an approved Subcontractor in the NY PLA Storm Sandy Recovery Program.
