The “360” Process

The process is simple, we prepare a detailed estimate for your project, we submit the estimate to the Homeowner, sign contracts, agree upon a time line for the project, payment schedule, schedule the materials needed and schedule the crew to begin the project. All Supervisors and crews are given a full set of construction plans and scopes of work for every job. We handle it all from start to finish. We work with a local architect, to design your project and submit plans for approval with your local municipalities.
